Pre-order Policy

We accept pre-orders for items that are out of stock or if you wish for a different size. Advance bookings for in stock items are also supported.

Note:

• Both pre-orders and bookings incur a 50% deposit of the full-price item. 
• Remainder 50% to be paid after item has arrived.
• No cancellations, amendments and refunds allowed after deposit has been made.
• Discounts not applicable for pre-order and advance booking items. 
• Waiting time varies (4-6 weeks) and might be delayed due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
