How do I sign up? Membership is free and comes with exclusive benefits. In order to join, just click “Create account”. Once you have done it, you are welcome to participate in all actions we have prepared for you to earn D.fine points. For new account sign up, you will be credited 500 D.fine points automatically. |

I already have an existing account, am I already in the D.fine rewards program? Yes! You are automatically enrolled and previous customers who reached the spending threshold will be automatically awarded tier points only. |

How can I earn D.fine points? You can earn points by completing actions listed in rewards tab. Just click on “Rewards” tab to see the list of activities available for you to take part. |

How can I spend my D.fine points? It’s very simple and straightforward. Just click on “Rewards” tab and you will see the list of all discounts you can redeem your points for. So you can greatly boost your savings. D.fine points are not exchangeable for cash. |

Do my D.fine points expire? Yes, D.fine points expire after 1 year. This applies to your total amount of D.fine points and gets updated every time you complete an activity on the website. For example, if you make a purchase on 1st February 2022 your points from that purchase will not expire until 1st February 2023. |

How does the tier system work? Tiers are assigned by amount spent and it is valid for 1 year.

Maintaining your tier: During your year, we will calculate your amount spent in the background. Once you reach the spending threshold for the relevant tiers, you will be automatically granted that tier status. Your tier status will be valid for 1 year, starting from the date granted. Each time you reach a new tier, the starting date will reset. |

Do my discount codes expire? No, discount codes acquired from D.fine points do not have an expiry date and can be used for your future purchase. |

Can I combine multiple discount codes or use them with other ongoing promotion together? No, only 1 discount code can be used at checkout. Discount codes are also ineligible for discounted/promotional items. However, if you have a D.fine E-gift card code, you can use that in combination with the discount code at checkout. |

D.fine Rewards Terms & Conditions: D.fine Jewellery Brunei reserves the right to cancel, remove or disable any points, reverse transactions and blacklist accounts if we find any signs of abuse of the system (eg. fake accounts, spam or fake reviews). Notifications may be sent for orders made using these illegitimate claims, but we are not obligated to do so. |
