We have a strict no cancellation or refund policy. 

Exchanges are allowed for rings if the size does not match, depending on stock availability. 

Damages and issues
A thorough crosscheck and inspection of the item will be done before delivering them to you. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
